Driving Directions
From I-94 (Indiana Toll Road)
Take Exit 49 for IN-49 South toward Valparaiso. Continue south on IN-49 for approximately 6 miles. Turn right onto E Chicago St (US-30). Our facility will be on the right side at 1508 E Chicago St. Total drive time is approximately 10 minutes from the interstate.
From US-30
Head east or west on US-30 (E Chicago St) toward Valparaiso. Our treatment center is located at 1508 E Chicago St, on the east side of Valparaiso. Look for our facility signage on the right if traveling eastbound, or on the left if traveling westbound.
